VIMATHERM heat exchangers are divised into two ranges of exchangers :

• The basic version (frame STI) which is a version using the dimensional elements of the standard version but in stainless steel with food specific connectors (type SMS or DIN).


• The technical version (frame SMA) which is a version with a unit raised to have the possibility to mount it with several level and easy access for cleaning underneath.

 The VIMATHERM heat exchangers uses several plate profile, which resolves all thermal and hydraulic (pressure drop) issues, with the smallest possible heat transfer surface, being totally adapted to our clients' requirements.

 Applications

• Dairy industry: cooling, heating, thermisation, pasteurization of any dairy product: milk, cream, ice cream mixes, milk jelly, retenetes, buter oil, yoghurts, cheese brine...
• Wine industry: clear musts heating and cooling, wine thermisation and pasteurisation, wine cold treatment.
• Fruit juice industry: syrup and fruit juice heating, cooling and pasteurisation (with or without bubbles, clear, concentrated or not).
• Brewing industry: clear must and beer cooling, beer pasteurisation.
• Oil industry: vegetable oil cooling and heating.
• Canning industry: heat recovery at the autoclaves and the sterilisers.
• Distilleries: cooling and heating of alcohol, local wines... condensers for distillation of alcoholic vapours.
• All industries: hot water production, cleaning solution heating.
