DUNE® Tap Water Modules are single unit sanitary hot water modules, available in either instantaneous or semi-instantaneous models, ready for use. Each element in the DUNE® has been carefully chosen and put in place to give its users maximum long-term dependability.

The single unit that makes up the DUNE® complies with all of the standards set out by the European directive, in particular with the DESP 97/23 CE art 3,3 concerning the elements used in construction and with the 73/23 CE concerning its electrical protection.

Advantages of the DUNE® module

The DUNE® is equipped with VIMATHERM plates, which due to their technology whereby the plates are not tightened to rest metal on metal, can be disassembled and reassembled several times without harming the gaskets. The large spacing between the plates protects the TWM from any premature scaling.

 
The DUNE® uses a mixed 3-way regulation valve with a constant flow, and a primary circuit of variable temperature. This technology guarantees the smallest difference possible in temperature between the primary and secondary side, and thereby limits the occurence of scaling by thermal shocks.


All primary pump(s) installed on the DUNE® are installed on the coolest outlet, guaranteeing them an additional lifetime of at least 25%.


The semi-instantaneous DUNE®'s, which must be equipped with a second security pump on the TWM side, are delivered with two single pumps, avoiding any blockage by scaling, due to the thermal conductibility of a twin pump's rotor when stopped.
